What Shipping Methods Are Available?
There're three kind of shipping methods available; First through trax logistics and second by local OLUS Delivery System and third, customer may pick or collect order from our warehouse.
How long will it take before my item is fixed?
It would take around 7 to 14 days to be delivered at your doorsteps.
Do you ship Internationally?
Sorry, we don't deliver/ship internationally. This is Pakistan based company. we deliver goods and serves throughout the Pakistan.
How can I track my order?

ORDER AND RETURNS

I have changed my mind. Can I still cancel order?
Sorry, you can't cancel the order if the order has been dispatched from us. Although, you may contact for the change or replacement in the order within 2 days.
How can I track my return order?
There's no return policy. If, in case order is wrongly delivered to you then, you may email us or call us. And you'll be provided another Tracking id and tracking link, from whre you;ll be able to track your parcel.
How can I return an item?
In case of wrongly delivered, you may contact us through email or direct call us. we'll let you the exact process. However, you need send through courier or we'll send you the representatives so that he'll pick from you and further guides you.
Do I get a refund?
Sorry, there's no refund policy until or unless product is delivered wrongly. You may ask for your product. We'll deliver to you along with discounts.
What is the return notice period?
The return period is about of 7 to 14 days.We'll let you know about the packing, dispatch and delivery.

The fulfillment address is your shipping address. If you have an National address along with accurate street number, house number, street name and postal or zip code, it is very helpful if you rewrite your address in the Special Instructions field during check out.

Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.

We accept direct bank transfer, Cash on delivery, and local pick up or OLUS Delivery System.

OLUS Delivery System:

it is an local delivery done by the OLUS. It includes both COD and Advance Payment.

E-mail us at Info.olusoffical@email.com, letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item with your receipt to our  warehouse or the address that you will be notified through email. Please include in this shipment your personal information that you used to make the order. Our policy typically is that you as the customer will pay for shipping back to us, but we’ll refund the cost of shipping that we originally charged you.
